Creativity and the Clinton Global Initiative
Posted by: Cathy
This morning I was browsing through the agenda for the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) meetings, wishing for attention to be paid to arts and creativity for development. I was pleased to see “Jobs, jobs, jobs” and “Girls and Women” as two main themes in the meetings.
As I read through the CGI agenda, I wanted to see more discussion about how art, heritage and creativity can nourish human potential and help build communities. And yes! I noticed one session at the meetings “From Conflict to Creativity: Reducing Violence through the Arts.”
RSVP on the link to watch the webcast on Thursday.
And check out Hilltop Artists and the program they are presenting at the CGI meetings.
